Use the links in the buttons above to book the session type that's right for you. Please only book a free session if you're trying to determine if coaching is a good fit for you, or which of these services is the right support; Becca can keep offering these sessions for free only so long as they don't get filled by people who already know that personalized executive function support won't be a fit for their budget or lifestyle.

Goal partnership clients can receive the attention activated style support at any time during the partnership. Attention, activated clients can add the Spicy Brains Get Stuff Done 1:1 program or a goal partnership for ongoing support if they decide that support would help them reach their goals, and receive a discount towards that next service.

Attention Activated is for adults who know what they want to be able to focus on but find they keep getting pulled away every time they try to focus on it. It's best for a specific high priority long-term project or a pattern in a specific area (e.g. I lose focus every time I try o handle my email).

Spicy Brains Get Stuff Done is for adults who want structured insight and practice address the most common executive function challenge areas for neurodivergent high-acheivers: self-concept, procrastination, motivation, attention, decision-making, and maintaining momentum. This can be done in a small group or 1:1.

Goal partnership is for adults or teens who want fully customized support across multiple executive function areas that are getting in the way of a goal that matters to them. While these often include the common themes of Spicy Brains Get Stuff Done (procrastination, attention, motivation, decision-making, and so on), we follow your lead ohat is coming up as the biggest obstacle at any given time, and experiment until we find the right strategies for you.

Anyone who knows their brain works differently, regardless of whether they have a formal label for it or not. We specialize in supporting people who have goals and want to find the right tactics to focus, manage time, and get things done without burning out. If that sounds like you, reach out.

If you're a parent looking for someone to support your ADHD and/or autistic teen or young adult, and your child wants that help and is at least 16, reach out. If they don't want that kind of support or are under 16, I can provide parent coaching or refer you to other EF coaches.

Some of us love the playfulness and flexibility of the term "neurospicy."

Others feel it dismisses the very real challenges that come with having a brain that works differently.

I use the term because, for me, the metaphor of having several different spices to work with in my mental spice cabinet has been empowering in learning how to work with my brain.

But some of my clients dislike the term, and I respect that. The terminology can flex to fit you.

Why "Spicy"?
