Some of us love the playfulness and flexibility of the term "neurospicy."

Others feel it dismisses the very real challenges that come with having a brain that works differently.

I use the term because, for me, the metaphor of having several different spices to work with in my mental spice cabinet has been empowering in learning how to work with my brain.

But some of my clients dislike the term, and I respect that. The terminology can flex to fit you.
